Anne Barnard celebrates the humanity of Syrian kidnappers

"The peacekeepers, from the Philippines, arrived “well and unharmed,” United Nations officials said on Saturday." Wow. How impressive.  Given how well-they treat their hostages, they deserve US money and weapons.
