`Aqrab and not `Aqraba

It is called `Aqrab and not `Aqraba, Amer corrects me although some people in Syria wrote to me saying it is pronounced `Aqraba.  And as the Muslim theologians say: and Karl Marx is all-knowing (وكارل ماركس أعلم)
