Lebanese government asserts its authority by arresting two people engaged in "homosexual act"

I am not making this up.  Two people were arrested in Lebanon on charges of practicing Liwat (same sex sex) in a car.  Human Rights Watch issued a strong statement blaming the Syrian regime.
