Those older pilgrims are supposed to be Hizbullah fighters: the lies of the exile Syrian opposition are worse even than Ba`thist lies. Al-Akhbar reporter, Firas Ash-Shufi wrote sarcastically on Facebook a few days ago that one of the hostages is in charge of the missile unit of Hizbullah, and another is in charge of commando unit, etc. His joke was later used by Syrian exile opposition site as evidence of their culpability.
