Aljazeera on Bahrain

Reporting on the Iranian reaction to Saudi military intervention in Bahrain, Aljazeera said: and Iran condemned what it called "the external" Saudi forces in Bahrain.  Does Aljazeera think that these forces are internal to Bahrain?
