What is Robert Worth trying to say here?

This is a bizarre article by Worth. I just don't know what he is trying to say at some points. Look at this here: "Mr. Tamim has complained in the past about the foreign news media. Whatever his motivations..." Motivations? Why is motivations a factor? Is his job not to uncover a crime in his city? Who would invoke motivations except Zionists who believe only anti-Semities want to uncover crimes perpetrated by Israeli agents and killers? And then he said: "Some have suggested that the agents knew they were being filmed..." Who are those? Who are those crazies and kooks who "suggested" that the top secret agents/killers KNEW and WANTED to be filmed? I mean, this is so insane and never heard it before. And then Worth says: "Certainly, no one here seems too troubled by the Jan. 19 killing of Mr. Mabhouh, who had a role in the killing of two Israeli soldiers in 1989 and the smuggling of arms to Gaza." What? NO ONE HERE? WHERE IS HERE? TEL AVIV OR DUBAI? Are you saying that "no one here" cares because the man allegedly killed two Israeli occupation soldiers? Are you implying that people "here" in Dubai so love Israel that they want those who kill Israeli soldiers killed? Do you realize how it sounds as if you wrote this geographically and psychologically from Israel? How bizarre.
