The most delicious and devastating book review ever
I was thinking that
most delicious and devastating book review EVER written was by Hossein Modaressi of the Just Ruler book by Abdulaziz Schedina published in the Journal of the American Oriental Society, vol. 111, no. 3 (july-sep. 1991), pp. 549-562. Also, A.L. Tibawi wrote great book reviews and they were collected in a book that I recommend. His review of Franz Rosenthal's translation of Ibn Khaldun's Muqaddimah is a classic. OK, bye. (thanks Hussein for alerting me to the review by Modaressi)
