NYT covers Iran
1) Nazila Fathi is still covering Iran from...Toronto. I am sure that she is on top of the story. 2) Why are Western media reluctant to state the fact: that their hero, Khymayni sycophant Husseein Mousavi, has in fact called for celebrating the anniversary of the takeover of the US embassy in Tehran. 3) Look at this line: "Mr. Khamenei is said to have been surprised and angered after an annual pro-government rally in September, known as Jerusalem Day, was largely hijacked by antigovernment protesters." What kind of journalism is this? Mr. Khamenei IS SAID? Said by whom? Who said what? Can we at least have a source for that? Or is this a pillow talk source? Or is that a credible source in Toronto? Why are the standards of journalism in covering Iran so low? I can't imagine that the New York Times would say that Mr. Brown is said to be pissed off about something.
