Did you see the full interview with the commander of the Fifth Fleet on Al-Arabiya TV? It was like, I said, derived from Larry King's questions to Frank Sinatra. For those who saw the interview, did you not see how Rima Maktabi, read the questions as if they were fed to her? And at one point, he said that "we" have been in those waters for 60 years, but the interpreted made that 6 years. He also said--I kid you not--that the Fifth Fleet is there in order to "protect the fisherman" in the area. I kid you not. He also complained about Iranian maneuvers off their coast. As is well-known, US ships don't engage in maneuvers far from from US territory. I am serious when I state that Saudi propaganda services to the US administration were partly the reason why the US Congress became silent about Saudi government's ties to Al-Qa`idah.
