In the vulgar commemoration for Jubran Tuwayni yesterday, corrupt Lebanese businessman/sports manager, Antoine Shuwayri (who holds a monopoly over newspapers' distribution and advertisement in Lebanon in partnership with An-Nahar) spoke. He said that Jubran used to attend his sports events, and that he would hold a Virgin Mary icon in his hand. And when the team was not doing well, Jubran would remind him that God is going to help the team. And sure enough, when Jubran would request God's help, the team would win. I kid you not. This is what I had to deal with growing up in that insane homeland. That defines my anger, and that explains why I have always felt that I have a score to settle with the potato land.
