The New York Times should have added that she was injured a year earlier while trying to carry supplies to the besieged Palestinian refugee camp of Tal Az-Za`tar (which was bombarded by right-wing, Maronite-oriented, militias in Lebanon with the support of Israeli and Syrian officers.
