Full text: "Today Handicap International released a groundbreaking report about the casualties of cluster sub munitions in 24 affected countries and areas. Unexploded sub munitions continue to injure and kill on a daily basis, and 98% of all casualties are civilians. Sadly, children account for almost a third of these casualties. This global study on the human impact of cluster munitions is more relevant than ever."
