I usually think that Anthony Cordesman knows what he is talking about, but in this latest report of his he seems to only rely on Israeli military reports: "Once again a combination of the international force and Lebanese Army may be able to control the Hezbollah and disarm it in these areas..." What? Lebanese Army? You are not serious?
