Wadi` Haddad ate chocolates. Israeli Mossad, for pure propaganda purposes, always exaggerates its exploits and deeds, and invents "plots" that never occurred. A new book in Israel is "revealing" that Wadi` Haddad was killed by the Mossad, through poisoned chocolates. Not true. Haddad was killed by Saddam's intelligence service. In fact, the investigation by the East German government at the time reached that conclusion too. I remember a headline of the daily Filastin Ath-Thawrah at the time: that "Iraq killed Wadi` Haddad." The family of Haddad is convinced that Saddam killed him. The Mossad also took responsibility today for the assassination of Shajarat Ad-Durr.
