A very highly placed source in Beirut tells me that the four generals in detention only admitted to Mehlis that they were "watching Hariri" and that Mehlis does not have evidence beyond knowing about the surveillance of Hariri's movements by the intelligence services. They were quick to remind Mehlis that they watched everybody.
