While interfering in Iraqi affairs, Rumsfeld call on Syria and Iran to stop interfering in Iraqi affairs. He said--I am not making this up--that "Iraq needs to be more aggressive in its stance against interference from neighbors such as Syria and Iran" but that Iraqi also should be more welcoming in its stance in favor of interference from non-neighbors such as US and Macedonia.
