Robert Fisk reports some interesting stuff in his article yesterday in Independent. He says that Allawi (Iraqi puppet prime minister/car bomber) brags about receiving aid from 14 different foreign intelligence agencies. He also talks about Bremer's last two Ottoman decrees: he banned blowing your horn while driving, and made it illegal to drive with one hand only on the steering wheel. (One thing about Fisk, as much as I admire him: he sometimes reports interesting stuff without telling us his sources).
