Israeli interrogators 'in Iraq' (thanks Joseph). I have been receiving various forwards and articles for months about Israeli presence in Iraq. I first read about that in New York Times when it reported that Ahmad Chalabi's gangs and thugs invited Israeli spies and thugs to look through the Iraqi intelligence building (mereley looking for old copies of the Torah, reported the Times at the time). Now, with the New Yorker article and this one, we have solid proof of Israeli presence in Iraq. This however should not lead one to treat the Iraq war and occupation as an Isareli conspiracy, although an Israeli conspiracy--yes, I do believe in some real conspiracies as opposed to imagined conspiracies--was part of the US war and occupation plan. US rulers treat Israel as the real expert on Arabs, although Israel has been ruling over and killing Arabs for more than 50 years without making a dent in Arab attitudes toward Israel and Zionism. Arabs (count me in here) remain as opposed to Zionism as they were back in 1917.
