Look how misleading the heading and title of the this article in Christian Science Monitor are: they seem to make it sound as if US wants elections in Iraq while Ayatollah Sistani is opposed to elections, while the reverse is true. Now I know why the press is "free" (i.e. not under the official and direct control of the government) in the US: they do a better job serving the propaganda interests of the government than the government itself. Give them a hand.
