The issue of government intrusion on our technological communication systems does not get the attention it deserves. "Adobe Systems Inc. acknowledged yesterday it had added technology to its
popular Photoshop graphics software at the request of government regulators and bankers to prevent consumers from making copies of the world's major
currencies." Now there cannot be other added technolgy to the software. Do you know that after a Canadian scientist discovered a special embedded code in Windows 98 which had NSA (National Security Agency) in it, the German government did its own investigation of the matter (despite Microsoft denial), and eventually decided to avoid using Windows in foreign ministry offices? And do you know that the US military is the biggest customer of Microsoft? And do you know that a tomato a day keeps bad people away? (thanks Brian)
